42nd Annual Southwest Missouri Spring Forage Conference

The 2026 Spring Forage Conference Vendor registration is now open!!!!!

 

We are so honored that you have considered joining us again this coming February 17, 2026 at the Oasis Hotel and Convention Center in Springfield, MO for our annual Spring Forage Conference.  If you have attended in the past, then you should have already received a letter prior to this.  If not or you are new to our conference, welcome and we hope you will continue to come back year after year.

There is a multitude of topics during this year’s conference, but our Keynote speaker is Peter Ballerstedt, PhD aka Don Pedro the Sodfather of the Ruminati. Mr. Ballerstedt, based out of Oregon, has had speaking engagements all over the world on the importance of protein-based diets.  This year his speech will be regarding the Roots of Humanities Future.  We are excited to have Mr. Ballerstedt join us again and think the audience will gain a lot of knowledge from his presentation.  New this year, we will have a second speaker over the lunch session.  Tyne Morgan needs no introduction, she is very recognizable as the first female host of the US Farm Report, that airs all across our country on Saturday mornings.  A rural Missouri resident, we are super excited to have her join us as our emcee and guest speaker as well.  Hope you will make plans to join us!!

Reservations will be confirmed once registration and payment have been received by our office.

January 3rd is the deadline to have your business listed in the proceedings.

Display Space: each display area consists of 3’x6’ table and 2 chairs

Registrations are non-refundable.

Space is limited. Booth locations will be available by level of sponsorship, and request for certain tables is possible by choosing your level and table number.

 

SET UP/TEAR DOWN

Set up is only available the morning of the conference, no earlier than 7 am.  Teardown can occur once conference has adjourned at 3:30 pm.
